A photographer waiting for the sun. One of my favorite shots of sunrise at Fort Fisher. I took this a couple years ago, left the house long before sunrise and saw the colors blossoming in the eastern sky. I was afraid I'd get there too late, but for once, my timing was perfect. I hope you can feel the cool salt air and the warmth coming up from the ground as I got to experience this wonder of natural beauty.
