Looked out my window in Wilmington, North Carolina, toward the Cape Fear River and saw huge piles of billowy white cumulus clouds with sun behind them. Gorgeous. Dramatic.. I hopped in the green machine and headed toward the river, but by the time I got there the sky had changed.
Schools of bait fish were breaking the surface, chased up by bigger fish below. And yeah, fishermen on the pier were happy the bigger ones were biting (unfortunately, along with the no-seeums who were enjoying the lack of breeze and any exposed skin)
